Tariff & Terms 2013

Tariff

The prices below are for the room, per night including VAT and a complimentary breakfast.  We do not offer a reduction for items not consumed.

Standard Rooms (all on the first floor)

Single occupancy of standard twin room £60.00 per night

Double occupancy of standard twin room £75.00 per night

Standard double room - £75.00 per night

Superior Rooms (all on the ground floor)

Single occupancy of superior twin room £75.00 per night

Double occupancy of superior twin room £90.00 per night

Superior double room - £90.00 per night

Family Room (Sleeps up to 4) - £120.00 per night (2 children under 12)

Family Room (Sleeps up to 4) - £150.00 per night (2 children over 12)

We can accommodate groups of adults in our superior twin room - £45.00 per person per night (sleeps up to 5)

Payment

We accept, Master Card, Visa, Maestro (Switch).  We also accept cash.

Booking and deposit

To secure your booking, we require a £25 per room, per night deposit, which is non-refundable.  The balance will then be payable on departure after your stay.  We will require a larger deposit for multiple occupancy rooms at £25 per head.

Block Bookings

In the case where a block booking for rooms is made, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the rooms is payable at the time of booking and the balance of the monies due will be payable either at the end of the stay or, if the booking is spread over several weeks, the balance will be divided by the number of weeks booked and will be payable weekly at the end of each week.  The full cost of the booking will be payable even if it transpires that some or all of the rooms were not required for any part of that booking.  This applies to all block bookings including block bookings that are broken by short breaks (for example, bookings for three days a week repeated over a period of several weeks).

Cancellation policy

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 9am on the day prior to your arrival date.  In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.  

Check In/Check Out

Check In:  You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards

Check Out:  You must check out by 10:00 hours

Dining

Tables in our restaurant are in high demand in the evenings.  We will automatically reserve you a table for the evening(s) of your stay.  You may, of course, cancel this table reservation if you do not wish to dine with us.  We regret that we are unable to guarantee you any specific table as we alter our table plan daily in line with demand.

Pets

No pets allowed, except assistance dogs

Where you will find us

The peaceful village of Partney is just off a roundabout where the A158 and the A16 cross.  The pub and the village are brown signed at this roundabout.  Take the turning off the roundabout and follow the road into the centre of the village where you will find us opposite the Church.
